Twyn uses Apple Sign In as its sole authentication method. By signing in, you agree to Apple's terms of service in addition to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account.
Twyn is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The calorie estimates, nutritional data, and wellness metrics provided by Twyn are approximations intended for general informational purposes only.
Do not rely on Twyn as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns or before making changes to your diet or lifestyle.
With your permission, Twyn reads step and activity data from Apple Health. This data is used solely to display insights within the app and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Twyn uses AI to interpret your natural language inputs and generate calorie and nutrition estimates. These estimates are based on general food databases and AI inference — they are not guaranteed to be accurate. Individual results may vary based on the specificity of your descriptions, portion sizes, and food preparation methods.
Twyn is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated estimates.
All content, branding, design, and code associated with Twyn — including the name, logo, and app interface — are the intellectual property of Twyn and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, we will revoke your Apple Sign In token and permanently delete all data associated with your account from our systems. This action is irreversible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twyn and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
